Unfortunately, due to an overflowed amount of return inquiries, we no longer offer any returns for in store purchases.
HOWEVER, we offer exchanges at the shipping cost of the purchaser. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags attached. Lingerie and swimwear are nonrefundable.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. The return status will be notified and approved once we have received and inspected the returned product. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please allow at least 5 business days for the original amount to be returned. Please return the product within one month of your purchase and start the shipping process in 2 weeks after you issued the return process.
